  • Quiet & Cozy Cafés: are perfect for personal relaxation, quiet focus, or solo activities. You can expect a calm, peaceful setting with minimal interaction.
  • Social & Vibrant Cafés: are great for hanging out with friends, casual conversations, or meeting new people. Expect a laid-back vibe, group-friendly seating, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

Q6. How can I cancel a booking?

Each host selects their own cancellation policy. You’ll see it clearly before booking. Here’s how it works:

Cancellation Policies:

  • Strict: Cancel up to 7 days before your booking for a full refund.
  • Flexible: Cancel up to 72 hours before your booking for a full refund.
  • Non-Refundable: No refund after confirmation, regardless of when you cancel.

How to Cancel:

  • ✔ Message the host through the platform’s internal messaging system.
  • ✔ The host will review your request based on their policy and decide to approve or decline.
  • ✔ If approved, the host will notify the admin team to process your cancellation.
  • Confirmation: You’ll receive a message once your cancellation is completed.

🚫 Important: Once your scheduled booking time has passed, cancellations are no longer possible, and no refunds will be issued.
